Privacy Policy for ColdTote

ColdTote is a small independent editorial project. It does not run advertising networks, sell data, or build profiles of the people who read it.

Two forms exist on this site. The tote submission route is an ordinary email address; if you write to it, your message and email address sit in an inbox until they are no longer needed. The domain enquiry form collects a name, an organisation, an email address, a message and, optionally, an indicative figure. That information is used only to respond to the enquiry.

Nothing submitted through either route is shared with third parties for marketing. If you would like a message or enquiry deleted, reply to the correspondence and it will be removed.

Standard server logs may record requests to this site, as they do for any website. They are used to keep the site running and for nothing else.
